I got a message from Anna Thompson (service ) on 5th March 2014 offering me a discounted price on Fresh Finance (which I never took, as the normal renewal was still cheaper!) I actually emailed Anna to point this out, but I never got a response.

This gave me some confidence to renew, and I bought and received my updated Activation Number on 29th April 2014 which seemed to work but by 13th May 2014 the Number had "expired" asking me to renew again. Fortora still seems to work, but keeps asking for renewal, and because of this, it also won't check for updates.
